Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, especially when things feel uncertain or heavy. You don’t need to have it all figured out right now. Therapy often begins when we start asking good questions. The kind that help us look beneath the surface and face the parts of ourselves or our experiences that can feel hard to explore. You don’t have to do that alone.

About Dana Paik-Simerly

Originally from the Midwest, I have lived in the Puget Sound area for over 12 years. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington and earned my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University in 2017.

My approach draws from existential and Buddhist perspectives, grounding me in presence and non-judgment. I aim to create a space where collaboration and awareness can emerge through kindness and compassion. I’m continually astounded by the capacity we all have for change when given the support and patience to grow.

Outside of session, I am found spending time with my family, paddleboarding, reading high fantasy, and playing music.
